Yes. Express service is available with delivery within 6 hours for laundry and faster turnaround for dry cleaning. A 50% express charge applies.

We conduct fabric and color testing before processing. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by defective manufacturing, poor fabric quality, or ageing garments. Articles are processed at the customer’s risk.

For designer wear or high-end fabrics, pricing is determined after in-store inspection. These articles are processed with extra care, but we recommend informing us of any special instructions upfront.

Garments will be handed over only after verifying the customer’s identity if the original bill or challan is unavailable at the time of delivery.

We use globally trusted stain-removal agents and put in our best efforts — but 100% stain removal cannot be guaranteed. Charges apply regardless of stain outcome.

Please contact your store manager or our central support within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

We accept UPI and cash. Payments are due at the time of delivery unless prepaid under one of our packages.

Yes. We cannot take responsibility for clothes left unclaimed beyond 3 weeks from the scheduled delivery date.

In rare cases where we are liable, the maximum compensation is limited to 10x the processing charges or ₹3,000, whichever is lower.
